What’s an AI Agent & Why It Matters: This session broke down how to stop being the “middleman” with AI and let it do the work for you. Chris and Kyle built a Listing Launch Agent = drop in a CMA + listing photos, and it automatically spits out a branded brochure, open house flyer, announcement email, and social media posts in under 2 minutes. They built the same agent three ways so you can use whichever tool you prefer:
- ~10 min — ChatGPT Projects method (easiest starting point)
- ~25 min — Claude with Artifacts (better document design, live editing)
- ~40 min — Codex (most powerful – connects directly to Canva, Gmail, and more)
The Real Power Move – Delivery, Not Just Creation (~45 min): Codex takes it a step further by actually delivering the assets — it pushed the brochure straight into Canva for editing, then drafted the announcement as a live HTML email in Gmail, ready to mail-merge to your entire database. The prompt used across all three tools was shared in chat and is linked below. No coding required – just create a project, paste the prompt into instructions once, and you’re set.
